## `assumeNotPrecompile`

### Signature

### Description

Uses [`assume`](/reference/cheatcodes/assume.mdx) to filter precompile addresses from the fuzz tests.

Optionally, a `chainid` may be specified to filter known precompiles on the respective chain.
